Ashley is an Associate Attorney at Seva Law Firm and has been with the firm since 2015. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago, with minors in Communications, Criminal Justice, and Women’s Studies, and went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Thomas Cooley Law School. She serves as the primary attorney for the firm’s medical provider cases and has extensive experience in personal injury matters, including NoFault PIP claims, negligence, medical provider collections, slip and fall cases, product liability, and family law matters such as custody and divorce.

Ashley approaches every case with the same level of dedication and attention to detail, regardless of its size or value. Whether handling a smaller medical provider collection or a complex six-figure negligence case, she believes every case matters and works diligently to maximize outcomes for her clients. Known for her thoroughness and commitment, she has built her practice on ensuring that each client’s story is heard and properly represented.

Her experience spans years of focused practice in personal injury and No-Fault law, and she remains actively engaged in continuing legal education to stay current on evolving statutes and case law. She has achieved notable success in trial work, including securing full jury awards alongside her colleagues. Her professional excellence has been recognized with honors such as the 2024 American Association of Attorneys Advocates Personal Injury Division Top 10 Lawyer and the 2022 Top 10 Client Satisfaction award from the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys.

Ashley was drawn to the legal profession through her desire to help others navigate complex systems and ensure individuals are not taken advantage of by larger institutions. She is particularly motivated by her clients’ real-life experiences and is committed to advocating for those whose voices might otherwise go unheard. Her goal is to make sure every client is treated as a person—not just a claim—and to fight for the justice they deserve.

Clients would describe Ashley as diligent, and she often advises those going through legal matters to remain honest and authentic throughout the process. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and coaches her daughter’s travel soccer team with the Oxford Soccer Club.
