Gerald K. Paulovich
Gerald Paulovich is a plaintiff-side and medical provider advocate specializing in insurance dispute litigation, including personal injury, negligence, health insurance, and auto insurance lines (PIP, BI, UM, UIM). Over his career, he has secured and collected over $90 million in settlements and judgments, as well as high-value defense dismissals and counterclaims (up to $1.25 million) when clients were sued by insurers.
He represents a wide spectrum of healthcare providers ranging from surgeons and hospitals to pharmacies and home health agencies—and is widely recognized for his expertise in Michigan’s no-fault fee schedules.
