The Seva Law Firm is pleased to announce its second straight trial win against State Farm! We have now had two trial wins against State Farm in the matter of three months! Ironically, our client in this case also had the last names “Jones”, and so we now have two straight Jones v State Farm trial wins.
This case was tried in Oakland County before Judge Langford-Morris. It was a difficult trial because State Farm was alleging fraud against our client. The allegation of fraud arose out of our client’s claim for attendant care and had nothing to do with the rest of his benefits. Ultimately, the jury determined that our client deserved lost wages and payment of his medical bills that arose from his car accident that was covered by State Farm. A verdict AND attorney fees were awarded!
