We are both proud and sad to announce that one of our favorite attorneys, Michael Heck, has been appointed by Governor Whitmer to a magistrate position in the Worker’s Compensation Bureau. Mr. Heck was a prolific litigator who was beloved by his clients and our staff. This was a phenomenal selection by the governor, and the State of Michigan is getting a fantastic judge.
