During these unprecedented times, the Seva Law Firm is committed to supporting its employees, its community, and the vital health care workers that are keeping us safe. Accordingly, the Seva Law has pledged to ensure all of its employees remain employed during the COVID crisis. We understand the economic challenges of the unemployed in this climate and will do whatever is within our power to protect our employees from unemployment.
Additionally, we are honored to announce that the Seva Law Firm has teamed up with the very talented and caring Angela Yang to make and distribute hundreds of protective masks to Metro Detroit hospitals. As many of you know, our beloved home of #Detroit has become an epicenter of the pandemic. The hospitals are already overwhelmed and they need help.
Hence, our goal is to have 200 masks sewn and distributed by the end of the week and more to come shortly thereafter. While we understand that those treating and handling COVID patients require specially made masks, we hope that our masks can be used, at the least, by the very important custodial, food services, reception, and adminstrative staffs.
Like many watching from the sidelines, our firm cannot directly aide in the care of the sick during this crisis. Instead, we will do what we can – support the dedicated and heroic healthcare professionals on the frontlines. It is not much, but it is our way of pitching in and showing thanks for all you do.
